1. Network Thinking as a strategic competence
We present, in a didactic and impactful way, the context of transformation and challenges faced by organizations in general and clients in particular.
We teach the conceptual, methodological, and technological foundations needed to think and act in a network. This is the foundation for getting started in the following stages.

2. Navigating our organization's networks
We navigated together through the cooperation and communication networks of the participants, identifying the main challenges for network evolution.
Note: The network is pre-mapped or mapped in real time during the start of the event using Workforce Mapper.
The level of results to be presented is previously aligned with the project managers, always encouraging a positive view of the work networks.

Each group navigates—in a guided manner—through the networks of their team or area and learns, in practice, how to develop connections within and between strategic areas.
